Wrote a report as well and at this moment after 2 hours i have no issues.
The reply was doing the following:
    1.) Use the Google DNS:

    - Go to the Control Panel
    - Click Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings
    - Rightclick on the connection you are using and select Properties
    - Under the Networking tab you will see a long list of available options
    - Scroll down and doubleclick on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
    - Select 'Use the following DNS server addresses'

    - Preferred DNS server > 8 . 8 . 8 . 8
    - Alternate DNS server > 8 . 8 . 4 . 4

    - Click OK

2.) Renew your IP address and DNS:

    - Please press windows key + r
    - Type cmd.exe then hit return
    - Type ipconfig /release then hit return
    - Type ipconfig /flushdns then hit return
    - Type ipconfig /renew then hit return

3.) Add the game to the exception rules in your firewall and security software, so that the game is not being blocked by this software. If you are unsure about how to do this, you can alternatively disable this software temporarily.

    4.) Restart your network equipment:

    - Plug off your router from the power outlet on the wall
    - Wait 2 minutes
    - Plug the router back in
This initially didn't work at all and couldn't even reach the Lobby, getting 2002.
Reverted the changes and tried to launch the game . Worked fine for a while, then it started again.
At this point I started to watch the ports and redid what has been provided up, with the only exception that I made a pc restart.
Now i have better ping and like i said no d/c in the last 2 hours.
It might be a coincidence or not that with the port rule.
    Hope this helps .

Would be awesome if another person with the same issue could confirm or not and hopefully be able to have a stable and smooth game time again.

    Hi cougarel,

I have been having the same issue (disconnects during peak hours, timed out requests when pinging the data center) for a couple of days now and my ISP is also RDS.

Just to be clear, you did everything from 1-4, then reverted back and then tried the same 1-4 but with a restart? When did you restart? At the end of it, so after restarting your router?

I can try the same changes and see if they hopefully make a difference.
