FF causing internet issues

Hello,
lately i am facing problems with my internet connection, when i start to play FF on my PC. I do have good PC, good internet provider and i have no trouble with any other game. But when i start play FF, my internet connection goes down, i am getting lag spikes in game, my discord start lag and it continues even after closing FF. Restarting router didnt help.

How long are you playing when you experience this? When the game closes, what error message (if any) do you get? Do you ever experience this kind of lag outside of the game (with Discord, for example)?

When did this first start happening? Did anything change/update on your PC that coincides with this?
