Error (30002) and Error (13001)

So I play this for two weeks after quitting the first time when these errors popped up. Sure enough, just like clockwork, two weeks later they popped back up. As I can see this error has not been addressed yet.........

Some help ASAP would be nice or ill just say ta hell with it again and find someplace else ta spend my money. Tired of this error code and the last time I got it, no help on it. Even with the so called temp fixes I read about from other peoples posts.

1) User Environment
1. – Operating System? (IE: WinXP, Vista, Win7, 32bit? 64bit?) - Windows7 64-bit
2. - Antivirus program? (IE: Windows Defender, AVG, etc) - None
3. – Internet Service Provider? - Verizon
2) Exact Error Message - (13001) 3102 first, then get (30002) 1329717296.16267412.5 when i try to log back in
3) Frequency of 30002 Error? - A minute after logging in on my character when I tried to return to Ul'Dah. Then I get 30002 every time I try to log back in.
4) What area were you in when the error occurred? - Near Camp Horizon
5) What were you doing when the error occurred? (What type of actions, movements, etc) - Tried Return to Ul;Dah
6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? (Please provide number of party members if you were in a party) - Solo
7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error? - 1
8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error? - No

About two days ago I started getting these errors, and haven't had much luck finding a solution. I'm going to guess it's my internet connection, however I still can't find a good tool to monitor my connection in real time. I've tried all other solutions, and removed my router from the equation. I found out my brothers/sisters were having DC issues in their games at around the same times as myself. I'm going to keep looking up ways to monitor my connection in the meantime I'm trying to contact my ISP. I'm getting R0's then spikes of 700s then disconnecting shortly after.

For now I'm staying in the market wards and crafting, I seem to DC less frequently there. Maybe once every 20 minutes compared to every 2-3 around Uldah. This is the first problem I've had with this game since I started in December. It's driving me crazy :/.
