Square Enix suspicious activity

So I am not quite sure why but SE keeps sending me suspicious activity emails and locking me out of my account this is the second time it has happend... changed my password twice... the only thing that has happend concerning account activity is the continuation of me buying crysta and it being used to pay SE to play the game... has anyone else had these issues? Thanks for your time = )

You not using a Digipass, right? Almost everytime your IP changes you get that message. It's a pretty stupid system and only getting one of those Digipasses helps afaik :/

When you access your account, be it the game itself or the forums, and it is not the IP your usually use, the account gets flagged to prevent abuse.

Only way to avoid this, as Coldfire says, is to get an authenticator and enable it on your account.

When i upgrade my internet and got a new IP i also had to change my PW. How about one day someone hack you and this system would help you from not getting hacked.

I get this every few months - best thing to do is change your password - normally every 90 days or so - or go with another players suggestion - use an authenticator.
