You could change hairstyles in the INN, but first one hairstyle is nicer

This is true, i can always swap out if the hair i go with doesn't work for glams

With your overall design I really like the second hairstyle on your character. I don't know why, but I feel like the first (short) hairstyle doesn't compliment the face as well.

So many good choices its hard ty i'm still a bit indecisive may just flip a coin and if i don't like in game off to the aestatician XD

I personally like eye colour 2 its dark enough to stand out but not too dark

Thanks for answers i will give few more thoughts on it. Eye colors choice i think is really important because you cant change them without fantasia.
I like bright 1 eyes, however 2 have more color into them, mmmm really tough decision. :x

the second eyes are bright but don't look faded. Would be the one of the choices you gave i'd pick

After making a few more tweaks, I've finally settled on my new main. Jandelaine is gonna make bank off me though, because I love all the Viera hairstyles way too much. They're so fluffy! June 28th can't get here soon enough.

My fiancee and I have really been struggling to get our Viera just perfect. I wanted to wait until we were both fully satisfied with our characters before I posted them in here. I went for a very traditional taking my character and just slapping it's existing characteristics (hair color, eye color, skin color, ect) onto a new race. But I was quite surprised to see my fiancee take a totally different route with hers.

Actually kinda curious why whichever of you decided to go pure black on theirs

ie: to match playing a 'black' mage, or a 'dark' knight.... or a spin on being a warrior of 'darkness' now? or something else?

Thank you! I'm glad you like the both of them.

The darker one would be my fiancee's. She was originally going to be a Veena and give her Viera the same characteristics as her current character. She felt like her character's current colors were translating onto her Viera very well and she's been fretting over this for a while now. So I joked and said to her, "Why don't you just make her a Rava? Make her darker!" And, well, she's certainly darker now.

I really like the little Rava she made and I pointed out that a lot of things she was complaining about were a lot less noticeable with the darker colors. We asked opinions from other people and did some adjustments and this is the Viera she ended up with. I'm sure she'll probably change her mind about a hundred more times before Shadowbringers comes out, but for now she's happy and I'm happy that she's happy.

So, unfortunately, no deeper meaning other than "this looked good".

Here are a couple more pictures of her Veena and Rava. All of the face options (face, jaw, eyebrows, eye shape, nose, and lip size) are exactly the same. The only difference is the clan and colors.

I rly like the black one, its more unique looking. The light one coloured is pretty too ofc ( I mean, viera is a pretty race, its must be really forced to make them look ugly ). The light colored one might give better options for glams and if your fiance decides to change haircolor its probably easier on the veena one.
