But I don't think the video means jobs will be job switching. Derplander is just a male representation of the WoL. The video shows multiple jobs failing fighting that giant angelic type being. Then the being seems to taint derplander when they pierces him with the sword. They bring the shadow out of derplander.

So Shadowbringers is most likely a group of foes that infects WoL with darkness.
Rewatch it again. The WoL is never stabbed, he changes to DRK and uses a darkness empowered sword to break the foes sword.
