If they are adding an east coast datacenter, there's no way to prevent a split.Yeah, because we have friends that aren't in the static that have friends on our home servers, and they have friends, and so on. Either way people are going to have to be abandoned if we go that route.
My FC is pretty much made up of transfers to balmung, and saying "lol jk you wasted your money" freaking sucks
Not to mention that most of us have houses that we won in the housing wars that we'd have to give up.
Being uprooted is not a solution to SE's poor foresight when it comes to server demands.
