could you possibly make it so demolition is every 60 days vs the "45" it kinda just feels like we are pressured to have to sub every single month even during periods where we have nothing to do just to keep the house we worked so hard to keep and sometimes there may be a month where we just cant afford a sub, so would be nice if house destruction wasnt every missed month but at least set a standard of 2 months. sometimes i feel like i just need a smal break but its hard considering i had my house for over a year and i dont want to lose it because i couldnt sub just 1 month.

1 month = 30 days

With the demolition timer at 45 days you can sub every other month comfortably without worrying that you might lose your house.
So, you can not pay your sub for a month, take that 45-day-break and still keep your house. No need to pay every month to keep your house.

I get that the demolition timer is aon inconvenice, but before this turns into "SE only wants to force us to pay them more!!" I'd like to remind everyone that this is also an inconvenice that we asked for, so that houses from people who just stopped playing alltogether would stop staying empty and unused.
While 45 days can seem a bit short considering content drought at certain times, I dont think it needs to be changed - it allows you to take a break every other month (or every 1,5 months, if you wanna play it risky) and usually there is something going on that you dont wanna miss anyways - at least thats the case for me, with all the holiday-events spread out neatly over the year.

But yeah, you can take a month-break already without risking to lose your house - just remember to step inside on the last day of your sub and put a mark in your calender when you need to re-sub (SE will send out mails, but I wouldnt count on them to reach you 100% of the time).
