Fanfest items account wide from mogstation

I just wanted to get in here and thank SE for making not just the mount account wide, but the minions account wide as well for those of us that will not be able to make it to fanfest.

I thought for sure we'd be asked to buy them per character and it really soured my mood, but to my pleasant surprise, I was wrong https://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...ffa7be26a35194

I hope that SE will consider continuing to make minions account wide (and consider doing so for glamour bought on the mogstation too)

I'm definitely getting the Tifa minion but this actually frustrates me. Why these yes, and the OST and lore-book bonuses no? It's like how they have storage issues, until you subscribe to the companion app's premium service and magically they have no problem with it?

They initially said that the Fanfest items would be available on the Mogstation sometime in 2019. So...maybe they're currently "exclusive" but will return later? Guessing at a higher price.

I was set to buy the bike, but seeing the complete absence of flying animation is really making me reconsider. I'm kinda disappointed in it.

Yeah, it's pretty stupid to me. I've honestly not bought the SB books cause of the single character limit. Hopefully this is a sign of better things.

I initially didn't want the mount BUT since it has the speed boost I might get it just for the expansion.

It's about the price of a virtual ticket for everything. I do agree that it's still a bit pricey, but they know they can get away with it. Sadly they've got me hook, line and sinker with this mount because of what it is.

I usually would buy the tickets for all three streams and this is cheaper so I'll take it.

Though, I would gladly pay the price of the three streams again to get the chance to watch the concerts >:

Yes, I did that too and would justify it by thinking I was splurging for both the special items and the stream. The fact that the concerts aren't involved kind of breaks that idea for me this time.

I will likely buy the Tifa minion eventually, but I can live without the motorcycle. I just can't justify the $30 mounts in any way, shape, or form despite wanting to support the game. I hope sometime they start to actively adjust their prices, but I won't hold my breath as I expect disappointment.
