I too hate case LEDs. I went with a solid black Corsair case with sound insulation to dampen the fan noise a tiny bit.

I'm with you there. My first rig was a glowing monstrosity with all the fans and such. I had to haul it outside to blow out the dust constantly, fans had to replaced fairly often due to dust, the red lights gave off a heat lamp effect (gets hot here and that didn't help) and the noise didn't help with migraines any. This round I went with a decent looking black case that has noise reduction and removable dust filters (<3 dust filters).

lol I could go all out with the lighting since everything is RGB, but my favorite colors are red and black, that's why my water for my loops are red (cpu loop) and black (graphics card loop)

Heh, yeah I know you could. Just teasing a bit. It'd drive me nuts though having that rig glowing in my peripheral vision. Besides, an ork didn't build it so the red doesn't make it go faster ya know.

What am I looking at here; a computer or a christmas tree?

I had to buy a new case recently and unless you're looking for professional type gear, almost all the cases include glowing bits. I found a fairly nice cheap $30 case and even that has lights in the front and a giant window inside to show off all my nicely lit cables. Anything marketed to gamers comes with pointless lights. I'm grateful that the lights on the case I picked just happened to coordinate with the colour of my mouse...

This is a corner desk but when I moved into this apartment I didn't have the room to put the corner piece in it, so right now it is two small desk.

Yes FFXIV is on my SSD. My Steam, Origin, Battle.net libraries are on my HDD
