If you use the "shout" channel to request a res and you get one, indicate in the "shout" channel that you received a res so other players don't waste their time making it over to your position.

This would be a big one. I really wish people would do this. If someone calls for a rez, I'll got a lot of the time and it is annoying to make a trip only to find they aren't there.
