Based on the system report, it appears the drivers are up to date. Aggex, I noticed that on the report that there is more than one display. How is your display set up? Are you using more than one monitor? If so have you tried running the game with just one display?

Also, below are some trouble shooting techniques:

- Try switching to DirectX 9 by selecting the ‘Config’ button on the launcher

- Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card

-Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything

- Change the compatibility mode by right clicking the exe file (Default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\SquareEnix\Final Fantasy XIV - A Realm Reborn\boot\ffxivboot.exe), right click it and select ‘Properties.’ Select the ‘Compatibility’ tab and select an earlier version of Windows (most likely 8 or 7).
