What? I dont think you understand what people are asking for. You're acting like people don't have job crystals when they sync down to level 15 in sastasha or something. You're also acting like we demanded job story quests, i don't think anyone here demanded that. I'm pretty sure people who want this option just want to level from 1-New Cap. Not to mention the dev team has expressed a desire to 100% do away with the beginner classes so why would they merge new jobs with something already considered dead and useless? I think YoshiP said his goal was to get rid of the class system by 5.0 or 6.0 and just have jobs.

Not sure why you're trying to reform the wheel here. Example: Unlock Job. Pop up Menu: Start Job at X or Start Job ar 1. Second Pop up: You selected __ Are you sure?. Done. I know there is logistically more to it than that, but you're making it way way way too complicated.
