Again People Are Bypassing the fact That I said make it optional Not force Anyone to do anything. But since you spoke of going against the system. SE itself went against the 2.0 system of starting out a class, leveling it and at some point being contacted by a more skilled npc of the guild leader to further yourself into a job. It's nothing new the foundation is there. It seems the mentality of having everything handed to you is the double edge sword of ff14... Most unskilled players start out at such high levels never learning their job and get carried through dungeons and content with their entire knowledge of a job or instance based upon Someones YouTube video. So even at high levels people still learn jobs wrong because their gameplay is based upon Someone else's experience. How many tanks have you seen over pull in dungeons not knowing how to use cool downs or the skill level of the healer healing them. This is getting besides my post, to me and as it seems to some others leveling brings a Different experience from starting at max or close to it. I have no reason to use my chocobo, Farm fates, run squadrons or run from a random monster that spotted me in the field. You said dont force a person to level But SE Forced us to Be Leveled... I just want the option
