Need more heatwaves. We just had half an instance killing bloodhliders for ages(enough to probably spawn her twice over) and got nothing. We now enter a 5hr period till next heatwave when she will probably spawn at 4/5am due to this massive pre farm we done now. (Ignoring fact this instance will be long dead by then anyway)
Same yesterday, lots of pre farm, no spawn and it was a 3hr window to next heatwave, again putting it at 2/3 am.
In the first week I've seen Penthelisea twice, skoll 3 times and even ting yang twice.
IMO Skoll and Ying Yang should not be equal to or more than Penthelisea. T should be the other way around

Same exact issue in my instance. Hours of prep and no spawn. Then 6 hours until next heat wave. Was hoping she'd pop because I just got 50 and wanted you finally fight her.
