The references to the character on your forum handle seem to refer to the character selected to show as your avatar here, so you should get the prize on Demethos Dragnell of Lamia, though apparently you can transfer it to another alt on the same account. It says they'll be delivered on or around November 9, but doesn't say how. (I'd assume Moogle mail, too.)

Did it come, and was just a couple days later than expected? It does say "on or around the 9th" and we could still be in the "or around" part of that timeframe.
