    They aren't sloppy amateurs. The name would have been chosen despite them being aware of the information you posted. It's a location name which means it doesn't need to adhere to certain rules so maybe they just thought it sounded good like this.

    As a Greek I am absolutely honored to have Greek words in Japanese games to describe things- anything! Monsters, locations, abilities... really, it is truly an honor amongst true Greeks.
    This.. "Pyros" thing? Completely fine.. How Greek words are used differ all the time. It doesn't have to make sense as long as you get it.
    To obtain Greek citizenship, one thing is understood about "pyr"- it means to fire (or shoot I suppose). Military service is mandatory in Greece and it is the only means to obtain citizenship. Well, unless of course you find the way around it..
