She sells i260 Shire gear, which you can subsequently upgrade to i270 by purchasing Illuminati Deepest/Tautest/Darkest items. i270 will carry you to level 63-64, but I do advise upgrading before you reach the level 65 dungeon as stuff has much higher HP around this point.
I got the gear, and finished the quest in one try, staying above 50% health the whole time. Thanks for the advice.
