Postal Zip Code not being accepted, US/NA user

Simply put I am trying to buy the PC Download version of Stormblood to add onto my game. However when I reach the Information part of Checkout my zip code is being declared a wrong zip code (A red X by it instead of a green check mark) and it does this for both zip codes in my area. There are no spaces before or after the zip code that pertains to my area. Stormblood is no longer sold in a physical form in my area and much as I'd like the box the digital download is just easier. Please I'd like to actually be able to buy Stormblood from the SE Store here.

I'm having a similar issue, actually. One thing I noticed, though, is that I can't actually enter anything into the State/Province section either; the first time I tried to checkout, it apparently saw fit to default to Georgia...? Though that's miles away from me. Now nothing's there, and I can't click the box to choose my State.

Don't know if I can buy a physical copy of Stormblood or not; I'll be going out at some point today to check. It is kinda annoying that the Checkout process is so difficult, though; hope this gets fixed or a solution provided.

Same problem. I was all exited to DL the game. Have been playing for almost a month. Now I guess I wont be able to update my sub. Thanks for the tease SE! #WTF

It may have something to do with your bank. I live in a fairly large city so moving practically anywhere changes your zip and having just moved purchasing anything online was giving me errors because my bank had not updated my address or zip, imputing my old one worked until the bank was able to fix the issue.

So if you recently moved, try using your old addy or zip.

Ill try that, but now the Captcha seems to be fussy, wont let me log in. Grrrrr……..

In my case, it wasn't a bank thing; I only have one ZIP code, and it just wasn't taking.

In the end, I did head out and buy a digital code to download Stormblood. Not being able to buy from the site was quite a hassle, though...

I don't think Ill do that. IMO if SE wants to make it so hard to obtain their product, then they don't deserve my money. It was a fun trial, but I guess Ill stick to Guild Wars 2.

I was using the Square Enix store...YOUR store

That may work in reason but I live in a small town/city a good ways from anything larger like my state capital. Seriously we only have two zipcodes where I am lol
