Constructive Pyros Feedback

Short and sweet, here's what I've got so far:

1. Elementals drop different things at different levels, making it difficult to gather specific logograms once you've leveled too far. Some people are even considering purposefully de-leveling in order to go back and get logograms that they can't find anymore at level 50. Easiest solution to this problem would be to remove the restriction that sprites must be the same level as you or higher to drop logograms. If you didn't get the increased quantities from chain bonus or even if you didn't get the base amount of 5, that would still be fine. If I could go back as level 50 and farm level 41 sprites and get only 1 logogram per kill, that would still be better than the current situation.

2. There should be an option to convert logos actions into their logogram form so that you can use them in creating other logos actions. For example, I should be able to create a Cure L II with Cure L + Cure L, then convert the Cure L II into a logogram which I could then use to make Cure L III (Cure L II + Cure L II).

There's more I could go into. The first thing is definitely the most glaring problem with Pyros right now. Granted it's only the first week and maybe there are methods people haven't found yet, but that's the current situation.
