The Telemark skills are really good for a healer though, acting as a HoT while dpsing or a DoT while healing.
Yeah, I tried to avoid damage oGCDs as well to compensate for all of the GCDs a weaponskill combo demands but I did incorporate them into a few cooldowns, usually in conjunction with another ability you'd want to be using anyways, whether that's a raid buff or a Telemark boost. The only thing that's 'mandatory' really is using Glissade for MP recovery in a pinch if needed, but the TP/MP split on their damage and healing skills is plenty to avoid needing that as is.

This is definitely not a beginner friendly healer kit in general, but it definitely is better than SCH in a lot of ways.
