FFXIV crashing during Alphascape V3/V3 Savage

    Hello,

I'm sorry if there are any mistakes as it's my first time posting but I need some help with a reoccurring issue I've had since 4.2 (stopped briefly in 4.3).

    My PC Specs are:

    GPU: AMD Vega 64 8GB
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 2700X 3.70GHz
    RAM: 16GB
    OS: Windows 10
    Nothing is overclocked.

    My issue is this:

(Sorry for the quality, I wanted to log back in quickly to avoid causing a wipe)

This crash as of 4.4 ONLY happens during Starboard/Larboard in Omega Normal and Savage. It can happen any time it's being cast, but not always. I don't have this issue anywhere else.

Let me preface this by saying I have tried almost EVERYTHING I can think of. This started in 4.2, it would crash my audio or my game completely during Sigmascape V1/V1S. (phantom train headlamp specifically) During this time I bought a new PC and the crashes persisted even on my new machine. This stopped happening in the middle of 4.3, so I assumed it was a patch issue that had been fixed and thought nothing more of it. However, 2 weeks ago during Omega it started happening again.

    I have tried:
    - Running in Compatibility mode.
    - Updating Audio/Graphics drivers (I even tried reverting, no luck)
    - Completely CLEAN reinstall of the game, WITHOUT my backup elements.
    - Running in DX9
    - Running my game on the lowest graphics settings

Please help if you can, I would really appreciate it!

Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

We apologize for any inconvenience that has occurred when accessing Final Fantasy XIV. In your image, I noticed there some audio errors. What is your audio set up like? Are you using headphones, is the sound coming from the computer itself or is a speaker attached. Also could you provide a system report?

    Hope to see you online!
