I’m kind of mad that we didn’t get new glamour from this one.

That's fair, except in this situation they've had 3 iterations of the majority of players saying "no, no really, this isn't what we wanted" and they continue to implement the same stuff.
As for "well, it won't change anyway, so do it because you gotta have the thing" - that's fair, because it's your decision to make. And that's the kind of player they really want - "it's okay if it sucks, they'll do it anyway". I choose not to be that player, just like you can choose to be that player.
Again, the content was all designed and mostly done before Eureka 1.0 was out. I don't recall people complaining about Eureke before the first part was out let alone THREE times before.
While you're right about the content being in development for months, it doesn't automatically mean that people do it because they like it: it's most likely that they do it because there's nothing else relevant to do.You realize this is all content thats been in development for months already and they aren't just going to not release it.
It is being done by people. You may not like it, but that doesnt mean other people don't.
Might as well get rid of Ultimate, glamours, the quicksands, RP tags, and the like too.
And well, they did remove ultimate and that was apparently a step in the right direction: I can only assume they cut the dev for extra ultimate stuff and focused on Eureka instead...although don't give them ideas x)
Alright so i'll just sit here and pretend I like all the content instead of voicing what I don't like about X content and blindly play it saying how wonderful it is when in reality it isn't. I never even got past Anemos because as soon as I walked in and did the first hour of it I was like, nope this isn't for me I don't like it, I don't know why they wasted time on it, but hey if you like it that's your opinion and I'll respect it.You realize this is all content thats been in development for months already and they aren't just going to not release it.

There's other pieces of content I could name that I could care less about (Lords of Verminon, Triple Triad) I could go on but honestly I am just tired of all this theme parked MMO sprinkled in a game like XIV I just don't understand why everything has so many different flavors but none of them really tickle my fancy. I actually forgot today was patch day because I really don't care anymore all my hopes are into 5.0, if they continue to make bad decisions then I am just going to take my time elsewhere as I know what I like in an MMO and lately XIV isn't doing it for me.
you've answered your own question (if you even asked any). The lack of interesting content is wearing you down and by all means, if its not worth your money, stop playing/paying for it.There's other pieces of content I could name that I could care less about (Lords of Verminon, Triple Triad) I could go on but honestly I am just tired of all this theme parked MMO sprinkled in a game like XIV I just don't understand why everything has so many different flavors but none of them really tickle my fancy. I did answer my own question but I'm waiting till I hear about 5.0 or anything major that'll decide it for me if not it's WC 3 Reforged and Classic WoW since there's no way XIV can compete with that, it's not only the lack of interesting content it's the predictable cycle. I've played this game since ARR, played through HW and barely anything has changed, you can name the next cycle of content in 5.0: we'll get 2 dungeons for expert, MSQ dungeon for anything under, 2 trials, normal raid, then savage it doesn't change and I am tired of it I don't get why they're still doing this.
I want a change in 5.0 I know there's people who like this predictable patch cycle but I personally don't I want to enjoy this game again but right now, in the state the game is in it's not doing that for me and I know it isn't, the only reason i'm subbed is for the house that I own and FC house if that wasn't the case then I'd let my sub fall off.
I really doubt anything drastic is going to change in FFxiv and we have 2 expansions to look at as reference. Even though FFxiv is "young" compared to WoW and maybe expac 5-6 sees a huge overhaul, no one can predict. I honestly don't expect 5.0 to be any different patch-cycle-wise from 4.0.I want a change in 5.0 I know there's people who like this predictable patch cycle but I personally don't I want to enjoy this game again but right now, in the state the game is in it's not doing that for me and I know it isn't, the only reason i'm subbed is for the house that I own and FC house if that wasn't the case then I'd let my sub fall off.
and I'm sorry for your house/FC, I personally would let that baby burn with your sub and save that money.

Well...there are about 12 people who like it!
