The relic and a couple of rare items (including 2 mounts, 2 emotes, a few tt cards, minions and some recycled glamour) are the only interesting rewards eureka has to offer. There's also a (very weak and badly narrated) story. If you're not interested in any of this, there's little point doing eureka. This content doesn't include new and interesting mechanics. Even the logos actions have very little utility.

I already can't wait for pyros to die so I won't have to fight against 136+ people for literally anything.
10% chance of getting a bunny, impossible to farm logos because of people killing the nms or trying to steal the sprites.
Just let us make our own private instances thanks, the less people in my instances the better, maybe then offensive won't be 2m on the mb.
It never was a problem in anemos and pagos but in pyros anyone outside of my party is basically a nuisance.

is definately much faster than last time, at this point i'm almost finished, I have my relic, I've unlocked the relic armor and am in the progress of getting the gear needed for the crystals and only have a bit of light grinding to do get the stats, at this point in pagos' release I was still struggling to level up and would continue to do so for another week. Also farming out logoscopes makes things a bit more interesting than simply doing fates constantly and bunny fates are actually useful unlike they were in pagos.

Well... I've gotten to level 50, got my PLD relic, done the 50 logograms, got the emote, got the hair, got the horns, and two of the minions(Calca & the Dhalmel). That I know of I still need to get the Fending Armor since I like the way it looks and the mount. Overall, I'd say I'm enjoying myself MUCH more than I was in Pagos. The layers of RNG are really annoying at times even if I understand why they did it. There is especially no way i'm going to sit and do substats for the relic when my tombstone gear already outshines it. The feel of the grind is much more tolerable in Pyros even with the multiple RNG layers. The atmosphere is also much improved imo. It's much easier to find a group too since quite a few people are bouncing around between the two bunny fates and whatever NM's spawn. The lower level to attune to the aetherites was also much appreciated and facilitated movement much easier. Overall, it'd say its more like Anemos in feel and i'm actually finding that i'm enjoying myself.

After a whole timer in I'll drop the bomb :

I prefer Pagos by a large margin.

At least in pagos, even if its long as hell and boring I was able to just follow the train and get my relic done in the process at a slow pace.

Now, Fate are XP and crystal only. The whole logos system is a pain, I'll have to do mob grind (whom I profondly hate), a lot of bunnies (Want more RNG on your RNG covered RNG cake ?) just to unlock useless recipes with another round of RNG for their succes because lets be honest, every thing is doable without using them once.

Random stat in the relic is the cherry on the cake, won't even bother with it. I'd sure love to get my CRit-DH bow but for the cost of playing with my luck for it once again ? Not gonna happen.

Pyros is still trash and even less engaging to me than Pagos but its my taste. It sure have pretty neat advantage like quicly hitting lv max, quicly attune to etherite and... well thats all. Mob are too packed and so many of them sound agro without logical reason behind it, half-iced half-fire is lame and overused and so much hallways its ridiculous.

Pyros isn't rewarding at all, it all about your luck and your luck only, no brain involved just randomly generated number.

None of your assumption is actually correct.

I alway pull my weight at its peak whenever I can on a NM, I never complaign about a early pull cause there is no solid rule about it and I alway help at burning trash when my level permit it.

I find every activity in the whole Eureka boring as hell and only start afking after the 4th lockout of the day cause yeah, 12h hours of meat bag punching it start feeling dull.

But whatever float your boat, have fun. I don't even with the less lame activity this crap has to propose and it can't even bring me to the end of it.

Pyros has issues. It's not terrible, but the logos system has caused some problems. A lot of people farm bunny fates for chests, which mean less people spawning NMs. Pyros crystals seem harder to come by because of the slower NM spawning. A lot of logograms are hard to get, requiring a lot of luck with a gold chest at times.

And speaking of slow spawns, we had several groups of people prepping Penny through two heat waves today for hours and she never spawned. Next heat wave is in 6 hours. It's terrible.

Map design is better, leveling is better and low level aetherytes are good. But it seems like all the ridiculous RNG is specifically designed to drag the content out as long as possible.

    How's Pyros? You ask

    The Good:

Aetherytes - These unlock at sensible levels, unlike Pagos, where they are unlocked way too late.

The Map - I found this far less frustrating that Pagos

Levelling - This felt much better, except the Bunny Fates rather got in the way. They give low XP but because of the rewards, most groups automatically do them as and when they come up. I have been in instances where nobody was interested in spawning other fates at all, which was very frustrating.

Logos System - Interesting and engaging initially, but at level 50 I've discovered I'm too high to farm for certain Logograms (workrounds exist but they require an organised group who know what they are doing and I don't see that happening with random people). Other Logograms are only from gold chests from the bunny fates, (see RNG below).
I love the idea of this and feel it should have been in Eureka from the start, but the way it's been implemented leaves something to be desired.

    The Not So Good:

The Bunny Fates - These have gone from irrelevant and annoying in Pagos to being practically mandatory (and annoying) in Pyros. You have to do them for the armour, certain Logograms; as well as highly desired items like the Mount and the Hairstyle. It's overkill.
It's very easy to jump into a 'Bunny/Fate farm party' because there are always plenty of them. However, if you want to farm mobs for Logos or spawn other fates, then it's much harder to find a group. You either go with the majority and do the bunnies or spend an awful lot of time waiting around.

RNG - At max-level, this is all they are using to keep you playing.

Want any of the items from the Gold Chests?
Getting gold in the fate only gives you a chance to get a bunny and even if you get one and both you and the bunny survive, you only have a tiny chance of getting a Gold chest.
The more people doing the fates, the less chance you have of getting a bunny, and of course everyone is doing them because the rewards are so good.

Weapon stats are also determined by RNG. How much light you need to get the stats you want (or stats you'd settle for) is not down to effort, it's purely down to luck.

I've played Pyros for the past week; I've levelled to 50, done the bunny fates, farmed light, learned 32 out of the 50 actions and suddenly I'm seeing this for what it is; it's a Skinner Box.
If I want anything out of Pyros besides a mediocre weapon (and I guess I'm lucky it's only mediocre), then I have to farm an indeterminate amount of light so I can gamble with my stats, or do the Bunny fates so I can gamble on getting a Gold box.

I guess it's just not for me. This content does not respect my time, nor does it reward effort or skill. If I wanted this type of gameplay, I could pick up any 'Free to Play' Korean grinder, but for a subscription MMO I feel this is pretty poor.

TLDR: Engaging and fun at the start, but once the gloss wears off, Pyros feels increasingly empty and designed to waste your time.

I've now reached the light farm stage and find myself stuck. All people do is run back and forth the 2 bunny fates like lemmings or farm heatboxes. Trying to join or form a light group is difficult...

I wonder if it's because they don't realise they will need crystals or light that they do that? I had no idea there was even a light step till a few days ago. I get some people might not be worried about the weapon till they hit 50 so just level via bunnies not realising if they do fates and help spawn them it would help them out a lot more than bunnies do later on when they do weapons.

Giving bunnies xp is probably one of the biggest mistakes they could have made or at least giving them so much, 350 and 1m is too much. Should have been 100 and 400k or something. Like a token gesture for doing it but really the box is the reward. That or make them spawn times longer if rewarding xp at those levels where they're mini fates.
