    In order to get a better sense of the issue , could you please provide the following:

    -Platform
    -Wired or WIFI connection
    -Other programs being used when running FFXIV
    -When disconnect occurs/How often
    -Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

    I have the exact same problem.

    -PC win10 64bit i7-8700k @ 3.7ghz 2080ti GPU

    -Wired

    -After having this problem I decided to reformat my pc, problem is still persistent.

    -Couple seconds into downloading the patches for a fresh install of the game the error pops.
