When you looked through it, was there nothing at all about the WAR WS generating any effects itself?

Actually it's interesting... The WAR weaponskill consumes "Rampage" if it is active to increase damage... I'll add that to the OP as well as the link to the Dev post that lists all the abilities

Yea... there is Blizzard but it doesn't combo... Just causes Heavy... and Blizzara causes Blind
