Now that I look at the description, you're right. Hmm and here i've always used outmaneuver first then aegis. I guess I never noticed since I always used the two in conjunction.

Never do that! They also cancel each other out. So if anything you want to use aegis, block, use your block-procs and then hit outmaneuver.
Got it. Surprised they actually cancel each other out though...seems kind of counter productive, even if aegis is a forced block. Thanks for the heads up.
