However, none of the caster DDs has access to piety, so why should all jobs use piety when TP is gone, when not even the current casters use that stat?

true caster do not but we have no idea how losing tp for mp is going to affect all non DoM jobs if more mp = more dps then the fact all current DoW gear being able to meld piety might be useful again atm we don't know so its pure speculation

We’ll need to wait and see what the system for MP is gonna be like at the next Fanfest, since by Japanfest they should probably be teasing jobs and going over new mechanics coming soon.
