DRG BiS Help thread

So the above link is to what I believe to be the BiS for DRG currently. It looks pretty solid, but was asking if I need more DH rather than unload every ounce into CH?

Should I switch out any pieces per secondary stats for more DH or Determination?

I've been trying to plan it out as best I can, but I already picked up the scaeven helm the 2nd week because I wasn't paying attention, so I'm already slightly behind the curve.

Actually, Dragoon BiS includes two pentamelded crafted accessories due to meeting sub stat thresholds. Breaking into a new tier is enough of a gain to make up for the lost main stats. There is another build if you prefer going insanely fast, though it does require a slightly different rotation as you won't be able to double weave.
