Any way to Transfer a FC from an unsubbed player?

My old FC is empty, except for the FC leaders alt account, which im sure isnt subbed. Is there any way i can claim the FC?

If you're in the FC already ownership will transfer to you automatically after a certain # of days of the leader being inactive (assuming you're in the #2 spot or the last man standing). If you're not, and everyone in it is gone, it will just stay dead until someone comes back. They'll still lose the house if they have one and no one visits it.

No no, As in I left the free company to transfer worlds, now im back on Zalera, and wondering if its possible to take ownership.

No, as far as the game is concerned you left that FC willingly and so you would need someone who is still a member to reinvite you back, which is not possible if there is just one remaining member who isn't even subbed. All you can do is create a new FC yourself from scratch I'm afraid.
