    I would keep divine benison as it is. You can spam it quite frequently, even with no lilies.
    Your assize sounds strange to me. We don't need more MP. It's actually one of the best WHM abilities as it is now. Maybe buff its healing/DPS potency.
    I like your presence of mind. But you lose what's good in current presence of mind.
    So your plenary is a soft excog, with a defense up buff... makes sense in a way. But that does not solve the clipping.
    i tried to envision with current lilies system in mind granted system is horrible for high end healing (just make crit regens or something count on regens to get them) i also didn't want whm completely stepping on ast toolkit with balance etc so i tried keeping the pure healer mentality to get a single target increase = to rng balance draw need to use 3 heals ast is still better with it being ogcd and no mp but whm more reliable etc.
    with the assize 10% mp it was meant to be gives free 10% of caster's maximum mp to all players hit and i have no idea how to reduce whm clipping issues short of changing a few cast times. As for presence of mind i couldn't see them having both a spellspeed increase and mind increase and choose the one i think be more worthwhile for whm

    I'm baffled that it took this long for enmity changes. I'm glad it's here, sure, but this would have been realllly helpful back in like 4.0 launch...

    Anyway, Plenary indulgence changes is the best thing here. We'll probably see a lot more 3 stack uses from this. Again, something that should have been implemented loong time ago.
    Assize changes, while nice, is the definition of a bone being thrown. It solves nothing, but it's nice regardless.

    Assize is really just a bone, because now you have to use it on every cooldown even if it's just for damage use. It was something I mentioned they would likely cut the cool down, so I can't argue much.

    Then again, there are a lot of players in casual content that can barely use it in the first place with the old cool down, so if anything it should cut down the additional medica/medica II overhealing they tend to do.

    Aggro changes were kind of overdue, I used to believe they forgot they added built-in aggro reduction to AST sects during the 3.1+ Gordias days when we only had an equivalent to what Diversion for DPS has now.

    Honestly if they are adding another healer and tank, I would hope they go back to the 2.0 style were two are designed as main and two are designed at backup / buffer.

    Not to mention any workaround proposed would lead to both OT specialists being the preferred tanks, because typically an OT specialist does more damage than an MT specialist.

    Yeah. I'm more about giving minimal shields and regens to each healer, and work out the tweaks to make each of them useful and special.

    Tbh, the only reason "main heal WHM/off-heal SCH" worked in 2.x was because people were new/bad at the game and nobody realized exactly how OP healers were and how they could both do absurd levels of DPS. Lack of information was the only real reason this game ever had a "balanced healer meta". From the ground up the role has always had problems, we just didn't see them until around Second Coil+.
