SCH needs some nerfs

Double SCH still has to be viable in duty finder content so they can't take to much too much strength out of it's aoe heals as it stills need to be a viable healer.

You could already do the job more than enough in Heavensward without Excog/Fey Union/45s aetherflow
Indom was 400 and Emergency tactics 30s.
