What Hypercharge/Overload alignment outside raid composition am I looking for?

Plus my Overload goes off with about 5 seconds of vuln left on the target.

Except it's in your Wildfire window instead of after. Pop hypercharge 2 sec before pull so it doesn't waste a vuln refresh before you blow it up at the end of WF.

And as Kit mentions, you have an unnecessary Split shots in your WF, and no Cooldown Shots. Use Split Shot to break FT (which procs Slug), then Clean-Slug-Clean-CD-CD for your 5 GCDs.
