Long queue times for GATES and Chocobo Racing

Is anyone else experiencing long queue times for chocobo racing and GATES?

Right now I am currently I'm at 14 minutes in queue for a chocobo racing and it's still going. For Air Force One took over 5 minutes.

May just give up for the night for now.
