I feel like I am being discriminated against. Completely!

I have had TWO issues starting back in 2017, and NEITHER of them have been resolved. My posts in the forums have been moved around from one section to another, they've been deleted for no reason (I have not broken any forum rules or User agreement rules), my posts have been silenced where I can not respond on them, and even the thread closed before it was resolved.

I have contacted in-game GM's God knows how many times, I've lost count, I've been disconnected on by at least two GM's in game before I was finished typing to them, they have wrongly lied to the developers on my behalf when I was telling them complete opposite information, I've posted complaints about those specific GM's here in the forums but they get deleted, I've been given the run-around, lied to from them telling me a supervisor would be contacting me but one never does, and the list just goes on and on and on.

So this is my feedback how I've been treated by Square Enix employees. And my two issues STILL haven't been resolved, yet they can both be easily fixed (and I mean by S.E.'s terms, not mine).

I guess my next step is to contact the next higher up department since I can't get any resolutions at the lower end?

One of the issues you were having was allegedly not receiving the Bridesmaid Moogle minion after attending a wedding ceremony right? As far as I was aware that was only available if the wedding you attended was a paid (gold/platinum) ceremony not the basic 'free' one. Hence it's possible the reason you did not recieve one is because the ceremony chosen by those who tied the knot was the free one and so the minion was not offered with it. Hence it's 'working as intended'. So I have to agree with SE ignoring your reports I'm sorry to say.

It's frustrating but the GMs and the development team can only do so much, especially when they determine a request for assistance as trivial or not worth further investigation, or is actually working how it's meant to.

All I can suggest is just wait to attend another wedding from someone else and see if you get the minion then.

According to the OP's report, their fiancé attended with them and received the minion:

So I think it's safe to assume the wedding was a Gold/Platinum wedding, if her fiancé received a minion from it.

Some have tossed around the idea that OP teleported from the church instead of exiting, but last I was in there I could not Teleport nor Return while inside. Others have said that her inventory was perhaps full, but she claims it was not full.



At this point, while it sucks the minion was not received as it should have been, if you want it that badly, OP, I'd suggest just attend another Gold/Platinum wedding. I'm not sure about your server, but on mine people sometimes shout that they're handing out invites, or those already outside the Sanctum will sometimes invite you to come if you happen to be in the area (my bondmate was invited to one this weekend like this).
