Request: Make Pagos NM Items Obtainable

I never said it needed to be nerfed; someone else (#20) implied that Anemos was "nerfed into the ground" and I was just pointing out they didn't really do anything to it. The gear grind is virtually untouched.

If anything, it's harder now because Anemos is often filled with people who are just on their own killing stuff for their challenge log (almost entirely level 20+ people, presumably because leveling in Pagos sucks) and not contributing to the NM train, but their presence in the instance still gives the NMs more HP and makes them take longer to kill than before.
