    I understand it may take a while to translate.

    Can a Dev come out and say "Sorry but it has taken more time than expected to translate.". Lets test out those communication skills that you seek to improve.

    They really dropped the ball this past month.

    1) tell us the patch would be delayed by 2 weeks.
    2) lack of lodestone updates
    3) telling us the patch is delayed further AFTER telling famitsu magazine.
    4) indicating a "letter from the producer" inthe next 24 hours, 48 hours ago....

    Sorry but I have to agree with this. You should be telling us the letter will be delayed before the deadline. I am sorry SE, but this line up shows you need to greatly improve your communication, because right now it is straight out terrible. I mentioned in my previous post that a simple sentence goes a long way, and I understand translation borders, but I don't believe it takes long to write "We need more time to translate".

    I don't mean to complain and you all do a great job, but a lot of people do not agree with your methods of communication regarding letters and patches and simply talking to us when we have been waiting for an extremely long time for a patch on a higher basis really goes a long way.

    Edit: I do take back one of my statements if I am off on how Japanese time works, haha.

    It was 24 hours ago actually, do people forget they're in Japan and not necessarily talking about American timing?
