Dungeon XP to a different role

Pretty new to final fantasy still. Is there a way or has a system been discussed where you can queue for dungeons as a tank/heal but give the xp to your dps role? Seems like it'd solve some of the queue time problems.

Not really nope. The closest you'll ever get to giving exp from one job to another is with SMN/SCH as they both share the same base class Arcanist. There are several ways to level up not just with duties such as the Palace of the Dead or Levequests, but the exp goes to whatever class/job you use to clear that particular activity with.
