To expand upon this, I'd welcome anyone who is upset with what's happening right now to take a look at this site:

That's what's happening right now. There are mass world wide DDOS attacks on various parts of the internet's infrastructure right now and SE has absolutely no control over it. Yes, their servers often aren't the best and there's a lot we can and should criticize them for. But this isn't one of those instances. They can do /nothing/.
