Is it weird that I like Zenos as a villain?

I think he's a decent villain, but his voice should have been much deeper imo.

I think it was fine for his age since he seemed late 20s to mid 30s from my perspective.

I haven't heard how his voiced fared in Japanese and other languages(assuming there are more than English and Japanese dubs)
