    I know your comment is for people implying that DDoS is an easy attack to fix which I agree. However, SE should provide what is called in every business around the world, customer support first. Is like going into a fast food, ordering a burger and the person in front hand you the burger without the buns, and other things you expect on a burger, and when you ask why is that, they just charged you for the whole thing and the excuse is "We are sorry but we didn't get burger buns on time but eat it anyway" - They should at least offer you a second option, discount or refund the money.

    We are expecting here some kind of customer service, People who lost a Level in Pagos/Eureka, Mats and gils for crafters, people doing HoH or POTD lost progress, what is SE going to offer to us?

    Nothing as far I see it............... this is not a free game and we are Paying for a service. Once again, I agree this is not an easy fix and I am going to take their "word" that they are "working" with the situation but it doesn't look they are reaching a way of making these attacks less. Things Happens, I agree but having this a lot lately is not funny anymore.
