    Fix EU (US?) server instabilities now please. This is not funny anymore.

    So once again SE are having long term problems with their EU servers. I understand that keeping a massive MMO afloat is no easy task, but considering the money they rake in from subs and sales on Mog Station, one would think they have the resources to make it happen.

    And the conflicting stories about what's going on isn't exactly boosting confidence in SE either. DDos attacks, 3rd party server instabilities, faulty code... etc.
    Enough with the excuses already. Take responsibility for your own game services. Fix it. Please.

    I can't be the only one that feels like SE just don't pay enough attention to their EU customers. If you want our hard earned money SE, then you have to show us that you can deliver what we pay for. If not there's other MMOs out there that can. Simple.

    There is no server instability that I have seen.
    There are problems with the network connections to the servers, mainly due to ongoing DDoS attacks, but that isn't something SE can fix.

    Yeah I agree with you.
    I'm near re-sub date and honestly...I'm thinking about not to resub at the moment.
    It's a pity have an active sub and can't play for this long long term issues :s
    I still have some active days, so I'll keep an eye on PS4

    Thank you for your reply and information. I appreciate the time and effort taken to reply. Let's hope there's more in-depth info coming in the near future so EU players can better decide if they still wish to support the game.

    Why don't you guys do something to take action against your crappy data center host or whatever the hell is going on so we get what we're paying for?

    This is not only EU, US Too. This is annoying and I am very upset with the support and the same old excuse over and over of;

    I have seen this message over and over of Implementing Countermesaures...........it looks there are some incompentent group of people from SE Network Team and NTT ISP who doesn't know a sh..... of how to countermeasure the DDoS attacks.

    What SE is going to do for players who are in Eureaka/Pagos and doing NM Fate and die? A level lost?
    What is SE Going to do to crafters that maybe lost Gils, mats, crafting because of Disconnects?

    Everything is we are sorry for the inconvenience, not even a damn reduction on the next monthly fee at least for all the issues been caused. Like reading in other post and on this one too, I am thinking of re sub because not seeing a responsible, statement by SE of what they are going to do to solve this.
