I keep seeing these request posts whenever there is a DDOS or some other event causing players to be inconvenienced.
I don’t know why you are expecting a credit (free month, free stuff, etc.) for your inconvenience. You agreed to the TOS when you have subscribed. The TOS contains no service level agreements that would warrant you a credit when you get inconvenienced.
If you complain to your ISP about intermittent connectivity, especially due to their infrastructure problems, you will usually be compensated with free month(s) of service. Please do not shill for corporations.
