    is chaos datacenter being ddos's as well

    ok looking it up where we were referred to it said jpn datacenters but chaos is eu datacenter and I cant even stay connected for a few minutes. so is chaos receiving the ddos as well or is it just not functioning atm...

    im getting disconnected every few mins, as well as lobby server errors when I try to reconnect

    made it to the lobby to receive a lobby server error whilst entering the game...

    I apologize for the delay in my response. If you are still experiencing the connection problem please provide the following information so that we can get a better understanding of the issue:

    -Platform
    -Error messages received
    -Wired or WIFI connection
    -Other programs being used when running FFXIV
    -When disconnect occurs/How often
    -Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
