Game crashes, and tosses error codes out

So I've been playing this game for quite awhile, and up until the most recent update/patch it's been running perfectly fine. But SINCE 4.4 has dropped my game crashes constantly, even when i'm not in an instance or doing anything productive. I've Clean Uninstalled and Reinstalled FFXIV, my Graphics Driver, DX11, and my audio driver. I even went as far as resetting my computer, and nothing has changed. Specs for my computer :

We apologize for any issues that occur when accessing the game. In order to get a better sense of the issue, what is the error message you are getting when the game crashes? Also, how often does this crash happen?

The Error Codes change slightly each time the error window pops up. I sadly don't have a Screen Shot of them, but they look similar to this:

As far as how often? As an example i got on today for roughly 30 minutes and it happened 3 times, so every 10 minutes or so. Although that tends to change sometimes too. Some days it'll be once in 2-3 hours, and others it'll happen every 5-10 minutes. But sadly it's been getting worse overtime.

I noticed the first error listed looks like relates to the audio. What is your audio set up? Also have you tried switching to DirectX 9? If so, does the same error happen?

If DirectX 9 has not been tested, please run the game on it.

What exactly do you mean? Also I've used DX9 and it still crashes, i even reduced the graphics to the lowest possible level which made it crash even quicker. I've yet to find a way to reduce the crashes from happening. I also noticed this problem happens quite a lot, but there's no real explanation behind it nor is there any fixes.

So update on the situation. After removing the game completely from my computer roughly 6 times, and then reinstalling it it seems to now work without any problems. Guessing the 4.4 patch had NOT been installed correctly on my computer. See if this will help you Galaticus!

P.S When i mean removing it completely i mean opening up my documents, and then searching for any and all Final Fantasy related things, and deleting them. I tried the first few times to save the hotbars, but it only worked when everything was deleted.
