Firstly, I want to thank GM Verethentus for quickly restoring a character for me! I also love that there is an easy to follow process for restoration.

My feedback is to ensure the correct character is restored because unfortunately for me, mine was not.

1. Allowing your GMs to query things like the classes that were levelled by that character, as well as what that level was. I specifically asked if we could figure out what classes each character had levelled and he explained he could not get that information.

2. Offering more than 1 restoration per account. If I was able to choose another that would be amazing. I'm even willing to pay for it!
