Possible community event idea

I wonder how possible it would be for The Devs to implement some sort of community wide event where we would have to donate a huge amount of materials to "rebuild" a new housing district?

They could do a community poll about where the new housing area would be and while they are developing it, they could implement an event where we donate the required materials, granted it would be a SHIT load.

Unless is infinite amount of house, then my answer is NO.
It will bring so much more salt to that housing district because people who donated will "FEAL" indebted to a plot.
Thos who didn't donated **** will say they did to make other think they indebted to a plot as well.
It just sound like bigger salt bath then shirogane was.
Let no forget that as soon they mentioned a new Housing Area everyone Mom/Dad/Child/Pet will want to move there becouse that new trend.

The idea is interesting, but the issue would be people likely waiting for the district to be finished and swoop in for a house. I hope Ala Mhigo is next for the Enclave treatment.
