    According to Ari, full yellow scrip puts you at 1645, 1529 and 400 cp, which is just a few points short even with Matcha. Unfortunately it seems Yellow Scrip gear is intentionally designed so that you cannot craft 4 star with it at all.

    Edit: My bad, the specialist stone will indeed push you above the mark with hq matcha.
