Admin help please contacting my FC mates

I need to speak with my FC leader of Haven to contact an italian player in our FC to ask him a information, you can check my character profile to know if i'm in that FC.
Please is important.
I can't contact them because the free trial has expired and i have a problem with the credit card and need to ask Erica what type of card is valid in our country. I've read the various cards accepted but some card under those categories aren't valid like the two i tried, including my bank card.

You don't need to talk to your fc leader you need to contact the support team so they can help you get your sub paid. Just a friendly word of advice DON'T put your Square Enix ID, Password, or any other personal information on any type of fourm, that's just asking for trouble. I suggest editing your post and also taking out the names of the other players in your fc also, as that could lead to an issue on the fourms weather it is harmless or not. I hope customer support can help get your issue resolved quickly though so you can enjoy the game

I already contacted support and in the end it came out my cards aren't valid for mog station, so i need to communicate directly with my fc mate to know what card he use, i don't want to make a lot of cards just to discover which one work.

Could you just buy a game time card from Amazon so you can get online and then ask him in game? Just be sure to buy one from your region na/EU ect...

I assume it's a region locked situation. Most cards usually require your current location to generally be the same region you're purchasing for (for example: to buy an EU subscription, you must physically be in the EU since the subscription bills from within the EU). Not all cards will do this, but in general most cards will do this. If you're actually buying the game and upgrading from the trial, then this is even more likely the case. If you already bought the game, it's probably easiest to just buy a time card if you're have issues.

Combined with the fact that once an account is created, its region can never be changed, this can create problems. You'd think a multi-national corporation would recognize the fact that people can move.
