    It would be a nice gesture of them, sure... but considering the cost involved for them the higher ups most likely wont agree to that.
    Besides: It seems kinda difficult to determine how much compensation they should give out. You might notice that I'm playing on Odin aswell - but lucky me only had 2 or 3 difficult evenings in the past weeks, while other people might have had more or even less trouble. So how do you compensate that?

    ...which isnt going to happen anyways, which is something you agreed to when installing the game.

    Yep, pretty much. I'm just happy that they finally acknowledged NA's issues.

    And now not even the launcher works. GG.

    Every day it works worse. I went from being fine, to having more lag (weirder than usual stuff happening with AoEs, quite on par to the 2.x delay), to not even being able to log in.

    I mean, yeah, we agreed to the ToS and everything, but we're paying them good money to access the game/service, so... Could they at least maybe not 90% ignore the issue perhaps (our lost playtime and the crappy stability when we can actually play)? I don't even talk about fixing it ASAP, as I know how tricky DDoS attacks are, but at the very least they should do something with the time that we're losing, and that we paid for. Or would it be alright for us to be able to access the game even though we pay late due to some RL issue? They wouldn't like that (nor care about our personal problems), rightfully, and our service would be suspended right in time. Well then, we don't like paying and getting this, either.

    It's not their fault, but it's not like this is a problem that has been happening just for a couple of days, moreso in Chaos. As Caesaria said up there, even a temporary suspension of the demolition timer would go a long way in telling us "hey, we care about you not being able to play normally due to this issue that isn't your fault".

    Ah well, going to play something else for the night. My sub is ending in 2 days, again, so there's no point in staying subbed to play with my friends when... I can't play with them here lol.
